We only serve pre-paid orders with delivery charges of Rs. 500 per 500 grams of packaging. Products are delivered using insured parcels only.As of now we do not have Cash on Delivery facility.We process your orders within 1-3 business days. And products will be delivered to your doorstep within 7-10 business days.Customers can also place a pre-order for sold out products by emailing us at shashank@silvercharms.co.in or clicking here. Pre-orders will be shipped within 3-4 weeks of placing the order.Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.We are continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we will notify you of this delay immediately.For orders outside India:

- Only prepaid orders are accepted for international deliveries.
- Shipping charges are Rs 3000 per 500 grams of packaging, irrespective of order value.
- All duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer at the time of accepting delivery. Any such duties or taxes are calculated locally at the time of import and we advise you to consult your local post office for more information.
