At Silver Charms, we make sure that our customers receive premium quality product at their doorstep. It’s very unlikely that you receive a product lower than the pristine condition, yet if you come across one please write to us at

For orders within India:

We do not accept return or exchanges for our products. In case you receive a incorrect product or damaged product due to transit or has a design defect*, please write to us within 7 days of delivery along with order ID and a picture clearly highlighting the defect, and out team shall help you out.
*Following parameters do not quality for design defect:

  • Minor color or design variations: Each product is handcrafted by our craftsmen, thus such variations are beyond the control of our craftsmen.
  • Product getting tarnish or dark over time: Silver metal has a natural tendency to tarnish over time in varying climate and storage conditions. We recommend cleaning products using dry cloth after use and storing products in zip lock polybags. Here are few tips on cleaning silver anklets at home.
  • Intensional damages such as cutting/ hammering the product in part or full will not quality as design defect.
  • Cancellations or change of address requests are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. In case of a cancellation (or address change) after dispatch, we will deduct Rs 500 as shipping charge, from the refund/exchange value.
  • Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.

For orders outside India:

  • In case you receive a damaged product at the time of delivery –please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product (along with a photograph of the damaged product). We will find a mutually convenient way to resolve such issues. We are an honest bunch –  and we only intend to serve you in the best possible way :).
  • No exchanges or refunds will be allowed for size or fit issues. If you have any concerns about the size or fit of a product, do ask our team prior to placing your order, and we will help you out.
  • No refunds will be allowed in case of refusal to pay import duties/taxes at the time of delivery (as applicable by your country’s laws)
  • No exchanges or refunds allowed in case of minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
  • In case of any other issues, please write to us at within 7 days of delivery, and our team will be happy to help you out
